It wasn't me that posted but my mum takes metoprolol for her high blood pressure. She hasn't had any issue and has yearly check ups done. It was found last year she has a smaller left kidney with scarring when trying to be my donor. The drug metoprolol doesn't cause her any problems
I take the Lisinopril to slow up the protein spilling. Boston is conservative with me as I have low to low normal BP.
My protein spilling continues to rise and I eat minimal plant protein. My nephrologist raised my dosage in November and will see me for my three month monitor in February.
I was wondering if the Lisinopril may not be agreeing with me and seeking alternatives to discuss with both my nephrologist and new GP when I see her next week.
