Back to work today. Joined site yesterday after holiday made me realise I was in need of weight loss support.
And it's hard. Desk tied and realised I do snack in the day to provide a distraction or uplifting moment. Need to find non calorie or mini calories alternatives to get me through the cycle of boredom /mind bending challenges... Apart from the obvious.. Get another job.... Which takes time.. Any suggestions (except eat my colleagues!)
