I have taken 18 months to reduce my weight from 72kg to 60kg, including several lapses, but I have now reached a fairly steady average weekly loss of 0.3kg and am continuing.
All i did was designed a main meal rota or red meat, fish, white meat and vegetarian, based on a pool of about 60 recipes. Porridge made with water for breakfast, a sandwich sometimes at midday and an evening dessert of low fat yogurt and fruit.
