So I've started my sugar free month and this far (it's only been a day) I've not found it bad. No sugar in tea or coffee and it's not bothered me. I'm thinking it's because I was prepared to do this and really wanted to put my full effort in to not having sugar (apart from naturally occurring sugars like in whole fruit and milk). I have taken measurements of my body to see if there will be a difference at the end and weighed myself too. I'm looking forward to see what difference there will be at the end of the month.
I am including the measurements just so I know I have documented them and can't cheat lol and will post on the 1st march to see if there is a difference although I've found I have an odd shaped body.
You'll find that the longer you do this, the easier it will get and once you get over the initial cravings, you'll wonder why you ever tortured yourself with them, in the first place
All the best to you Hidden I know exactly what you mean as I am doing this as well. I am not having sugar in my tea and only having it in my milk and if all the products of fruit/veg that I have for lunch either go off or run out I will use some wholemeal bread that I keep in the freezer as it is only 0.7 of which sugars but no sugar in actual ingredients on this. Hopefully we both manage to stick to it easy enough. X
