Well I'm really impressed. I can now upload photos. 😁 My techy son kept trying to help but I replied no I NEED to do this by myself. I thought I'd introduce my little dachshund. This is Bonnie who like me is on a weight loss and fitness journey. I cannot believe how much energy I have now after 8weeks. Also how much calmer Bonnie has become. Good news alround. Here's to weigh in tomorrow 😎

Thank you Sazkia. Must say if it wasn't for Bonnie's weight problems as well I don't think we'd be walking as much if I'm honest. Although she does add extra weight when doing crunches as she refuses to get of my stomach or when trying to "plank" she sits on my back 😉
