Week 3 was a pretty intense workout week for me. Two days filled with double work outs and intense HIIT training.
I am down 2.6lbs and overall 6.2lbs. Almost half a stone down. If I get to an overall half a stone loss, next week I'll invest in some new workout gear. That's my motivation for having a good eating/exercise week.
