Motivation is numbers

back here again - well after my recent injury which turned out to be fractured foot so the exercising stopped and diet was not to good. and my weight crept up to 17st 10lbs "tut tut"

On the up March is my back to it month good food, portion sizes all in control - - - will be weighting myself when i feel time is right - all is going well so far

having time to think my motivation in most things i do is competition "thats just me" it gives me something to aim for

So i'd like to know how much weight you guys have lost since being here

Started August last year, 86kg, now weigh 73.3 😊 Only joined here recently though

keep up the good work - i just had to convert kg to stone aha , your start weight is my ideal (ish) end weight

A way of breaking through my 12stone "wall" was to go metric !! 😊😊😊

Week one 15s.4lb Week five 14s. 3lb. Currently static but inches moving, total 15lb lost

Here you are, berating high-fat eating, and yet you've utilised over a stone of predominantly saturated, animal fat over the last month.

Without the need to eat fat, apart from the healthy stuff you get in fish and lean meat ;)

So far I have lost 10 lbs BUT have just broken my toe so my walking exercises are a no no until it has healed.

I am lucky because I also have lost my appetite at the moment so no temptation to overeat.

I am trying to do armchair exercises to stop me watching way too much TV !!!!!!

As long as I don't gain weight whilst this toe is healing I am resigned to not losing any but hey that's life !

Start weight 17st 12lbs , 9 weeks on diet - total weight loss 24lbs or around 11kgs. Current weight 16st 2lbs. Come on Rjay, you can do it!! :-)

I have lost 4stone, 10lbs since I joined somewhere near the end of last September. Eating a super-healthy, well-balanced vegan diet and loving it!
