back here again - well after my recent injury which turned out to be fractured foot so the exercising stopped and diet was not to good. and my weight crept up to 17st 10lbs "tut tut"
On the up March is my back to it month good food, portion sizes all in control - - - will be weighting myself when i feel time is right - all is going well so far
having time to think my motivation in most things i do is competition "thats just me" it gives me something to aim for
So i'd like to know how much weight you guys have lost since being here
