Off I went to see Epilepsia yesterday (over the private weigh bridge) and imparted the news that I am not quite the pristine fellow I thought. Her instructions were that I should keep sauntering if I could, making sure I kept my fluid intake up (not fermented grape juice) and keep a record of when, and under what circumstances it happens. I saw her write that she will speak to Disco rides for me and see what his opinion is. I thought Disco rides sounded like fun until I looked more closely and realised it said Dioscorides. Never mind - I'd probably not have coped with a disco ride.
