I lost another 2lbs!!!!! I still continue to keep up with the 1400 kcall limit for seven days because you just want to eat more in winter time :(. I am starting to eat more snacks than I should since I am now exercising regularly and I thought I would put on weight and begin to worry :(. Regardless of my worries, I continued on my kcal limit restrictions plus exercise. Also with the support and encouragement with my amazing partner I laid aside my worries, kept my eye on my goal and finally it actually paid off on week 3. I am starting to feel the change on my health on week 3, I feel like I am more alert, more active. I am looking forward to losing more lbs and maintain the healthy weight for the rest of my life
