Well I must admit I'm very surprised, not because I don't deserve it but because when I've had a sneaky weigh in its never shown more than a 1 lb loss. I have been eating more salad and veg and have been eating earlier in the day instead of just evenings, also been doing some walking, feeling really motivated now. I wasn't optimistic this would work, I've always failed in the past but this time I haven't done anything drastic that I can't keep up, just walked more and eating healthier and more often. Definitely the way to go, next step to try get under 15st in the next 2/3 weeks xx
