I'm 8 weeks pregnant. A few months ago I start the c25k but had to stop because if Achilles heel problems in both my legs. Almost as soon as I was ready to start again because they had healed, I found out I was pregnant. I'd still like to try (between throwing up and sleeping) but does anyone have any tips and is it a good idea considering I'm not far off 40.

They usually say that you can exercise to your normal level when pregnant as your body is already used to that level, so no extra stress, but seeing as you are basically starting from scratch, i would probably just aim for lots of walking and save the running for after, and give yourself something to look forward to! Have a chat with your GP or midwife, they will advise better and congrats.
