Unable to get Canestan

I wanted to get canestan today but was told that it is not available to over 60s, surely I know my own body, I have lived with it for over 60 years. I am type 2 diabetic, my sugar levels have been haywire. My doctor wrote me a prescription out for some. So I can get it on the NHS when I was willing to pay for it. I hope thst whoever made this pathetic ruling suffers the symptoms and get refused and can't reach to scratch themselves!
