I am pig sick of either your system not submitting or you moderating off .You can see the attitude by only mentioning word count when done Typical of meaness & nastiness one experiences all over NHS & the wastage of public funds

Please submit as cannot take up fairly either via you system or law ??!! Please give me access to Lawyer as don't want to know .

This concerns a Letter sent by Care Services re them moving Details showing on system when provided no service NB The below & continue the neglect by allowing A&E to close allowing no urgent one stop access to Integrated Services. Allowing the system to wrongly assess yet taking away our funding.

This Service doesn't exist as you have too have had Breast Cancer with discriminatory McMillan Nurses directed by unethical Insurance companies so can balance the books at our expense .This has been sparked off by a letter saying moving details ???!!!!! In fact have my details[ incorrect in online record] & never ever offered a service or examine complaints fairly this includes Lung function & A&Es [ still happening] that never did the diagnostic tests with Specialist directing This doesn't exist as you have too have had Breast Cancer as run by discriminatory McMillan Nurses ordered to discriminate by unethical Insurance companies no doubt .

If you have a genetic risk of lymph cancer usually in female area it becomes a Metro situation i.e.: No access label a nuisance for asking questions.I realise now have had it from birth yet allowed to develop into heart failure symptoms they could ignore after withholding antibiotics by policy & procedures.Even when had cardiac arrest the negligence & ignorance via remits & contracts ,still continues

Still it can take weeks to get antibiotics if not on the case because of all p/t staff & economic procedures. As a result saw the Service? once for no diuretics desperately needed as oedema ignored so long ended up with PAH as Lung Function also technicians not Testing & Lymphedema becoming lip-lymphoedema stage 2 .All of which had to travel to London for as progressing disabilities due to negligence of first spina bifida

I have also requested Integrated Services as don't feel safe as GPs not patient orientated deliberately delaying allowing p/t admin to direct withheld appts in every surgery .They have even closed 2 A&E depts.

I can only think fact can't access the Integrated Services also discriminating because don't have Personal Health Budget & Continuing Care because the money is being purloined by male orientated CCGs & LAs to balance the books of LAs & hospitals- often reporting tests starting at square one each new Specialist.

This also happened to my Late Mother with such severe Alzheimers [MID] I had never seen anyone in a hospital worse .Assessment is done by employees not academically medically qualified specialists with Social Services the same .This is outrageous & renders NHS Not Fit for Purpose .

Firstly ..I am so very sorry you have had too go through so much added grief and stress within this -our NHS.

I wholeheartedly agree with you.

I believe that mismanagement in CCG’s , Hospitals, GP surgeries are all contributory to the messed up situation in the NHS.

It’s also withholding meds /treatments needed to allow the use of meds to ENABLE the pharmaceutical companies to flourish.

Yes -funding is needed -but fire those managing the funding as its proved they don’t know what they are doing .

The funding is going into the pockets of the incompetent CEO /Directors of the NHS.

If they took s more hands on approach and stopped looking to pass the buck of the mess up on Nursing Agencies they would see that they also drove the nurse & handed then in a platter to the agencies because of their disrespect for them .

Disiect shown by poor-low pay , no support with training or whistleblowing etc etc .

AND

WORK OVERLOAD !

The ratio of nurse to patients currently is deplorable & dangerous .

I see so many Serious Incident complaints.

The nurse is blamed but she’s often in a no win situation .

Walk off the shift because she may lose her PIN if she nurses patient load she knows she cannot manage ??-she’s reported to the NMC & banned from the Trust .

Stay & nurse patients being short staffed -risking her PIN again -yet knowing she won’t manage ??

Refusing to move to another ward because she’s being told to work in an area not within her scope of practice -she’s reported for unprofessional behaviour .

How can she win ???

And people think the nurse is the problem !

Half the time the substantive staff are long term staff that look to pin the blame and are NOT qualified to manage but are in management roles because they are long in that position .

They have received no training etc etc to manage .

Don’t let me get started on the ‘paperwork ‘ or PIN /codes needed to input care in the computer .when is that to be done ??

Jeremy Hunt ...you want to know ..come speak to me .

The bullies achieve status in the NHS because they also know HOW to stay and play under the radar .

This was personally advised to me.

You make waves ..you out .
