I'm trying to stay positive

I'm trying, this morning I just couldn't do it anymore.... can't stop crying, not living just existing........I wish I had the power to do it but I don't think I can......wish I had the guts to just leave.

Hi Kathandkell, I don’t know what you are going through but stay with us. I think I have had a good night if I only waken twice with the burning as I call it and read to try to take my focus off it. Can you do anything to take your focus away? I know it can be hard. I suspect diet can play a role and people have had some success with an elimination diet. It’s not a quick fix and may take some time hence my trying to not focus on it. I feel for you. Try to remain positive and remember to focus on better things. X
