New to Peripheral Neuropathy

Hi. Apologies if this question has arisen before but I am new to this site. Shortly after hospitalisation in May for low oxygen I developed PN on the soles of my feet. I have just finished an 8 week course of B12 and go to the surgery for a blood test today.

My feet seem to be improving but very, very slowly. They are not so angry. Does anyone know how long it takes for B12 to take effect? Am I being impatient! Thank you .

Hi there! I'm sorry you have been going through this. I would advise you to go to the pernicious anaemia page on here. It is more specific for b12 def and pernicious anaemia. There a e and lovely people who will share a wealth of information with you. Good luck with it all x
