Does Tramadol or your pain med make you feel hot in your face all the time?

I take Tramadol 400mg and it works great for my nerve pain(except my tendonitis pain in both wrists, hands and arms). However the thing I hate is that I always feel hot esp in my face all the time. I'm afraid the other nerve pain meds won't give me relief from the burning nerve pain like Tramadol. I've already tried neurontin and Lyrica and was not able to take them. I want to stay on tramadol but wish that I didn't get hot in my face. Has anyone ever experienced this?
