Small Fibre Neuropathy in Feet

Diagnosed a few months ago with SFN caused by Sulfasalazine medication - a rare side effect. I'm off the Sulfa now but I've still got it. Is there any treatment or remedies that any body knows of to ease the discomfort (no pain).

Hello, I found medication was the cause of my neuropathy but at the time it was very distressing. I was prescribed a rub on gel ....PorphainGel Maximum strength (ibuprofen)It certainly helped with the burning feet. Gentle exercise.... swimming, walking, cycling and stretching exercises are also helpful.

Check your medication to see if you can pinpoint which one could cause your symptoms.

It is known that some cause or worsen neuropathy.
