Hello,

I had these symptoms many years. now there is a release.

you can really help yourself by changing diet and activity. in first time i used quinine ( or drink schweppes tonic that contains quinine ). it releases but still it is not the best.

then when you feel a little better , try to avoid eating animal fat, animal foods and fried food ( especially fried food on high temperature that colors food in brown/bronze ).

massage and muscle extension helps. don't be afraid if you have pain. if you corrects yourself you will feel some releases but will returns as soon as you sins again.

Regards

Isaac
