My feet feel like wearing tight socks all the time. They are kind of numb but not to the degree that I don't have touch sensation. The outer side of ankle just behind the bone is painful when pressed and the pain runs down from my knee on the lateral side of both legs. This is basically the result of nerve impingement from my lumbar spine. My feet feel hot at times that worsens the discomfort. A good massage to the legs and feet seems to help. Applying cold packs may relieve throbbing sensation.
