In Major Pain

Hi all, I’m a 25yo female. I was born with spina bifida. I have a tethered cord due to the scar tissue from the closure surgery of my spina bifida I had the day after I was born. I have an appt the 29th with a neurosurgeon to find out if I can have detethering surgery. I’ve had bad back pain the last couple of months but the last two days I can barely move or it’s excruciating pain. I’ve literally laid in bed all day yesterday and today. I can’t keep living like this, I have a Monday-Friday job that I’m supposed to go to tomorrow but I can barely get up to go to the bathroom that’s a few feet away. I don’t know what to do. If I went to the hospital would they do anything? I’m desperate at this point. The pain and not being able to get out of bed is taking a toll on my emotional health.
