Multi-level Cervical Fusion help

Mri image is from 2016 after #5. I've had 6 neck surgeries so far resulting in a 7 levels Fusion from C3-T3. My last surgery was Oct 2020. That surgery has ruined my life. I had rods in from 5th surgery and one of the screws was in a nerve so for over 5 years my entire left shoulder over to my spine was a burning numbness so I insisted he remove it. He was supposed to repair the newly ruptured disc and put new rods/new length. He did not put any at all. I'm convinced that the entire fusion is unstable and with some movements it slides, like it feels like bone on bone and the pain it causes stops me in my tracks. Am I crazy or is it possible for it to be "unstable"? I can't get treatment until approved for disability since I lost everything after the last surgery. I've been suffering for too long, 32 years, and I need it to at least back off. Thank you in advance.
