Hi
I have foraminal spinal stenosis bilaterally & 2 bulging discs in the Lumber area .
Was diagnosed 3 years ago, after experiencing cramps/spasms in my back.
Recently I e been getting pain in shins and feet , which is pretty agonising. However this only seems to happen when I go to bed .
Does anyone else get this ?
