My latest results say I have straightening of the lumbar curvature, dehydrated L4-5 and L5-S1 discs and discs in the lower thoracic spine. I have mild broad-based bulging of the disc at L4-5 level.
At L5-S1 level there is mild interval progression of broad based bulging of the disc with known deformity of the posterior arch.
More prominent Modic type 1 changes. The disc is minimally narrowing the left neural foramen with probable irritation to the left L5 nerve root.
Early hypertrophy of the facet joints.
Further evaluation with MRI lumbar spine including the T1 in and out of phase if clinically suspected bony metastases.
Can anyone help me with my latest results please I've been referred to neurosurgery but I'd like to know if anyone can shed some light on this please 🙏
