I have previously posted on here regarding my back problems.
I have also been suffering from numbness and pain in my arms at night. It doesn't matter which side I sleep on. Even if I sleep on my left side, my right arm goes numb and painful. And vice versa.
Could this be due to my cervical spine issues?
Stenosis and disc compression c3-c7 (+ osteophytes). The discomfort is slowly getting worse.
Anyone experiencing similar symptoms?

Hi Mark. I have something similar to you and it is connected to your condition. I have numbness in my arms, hands, and legs due to having similar problems i have in neck with my lower back. My Stenosis is close to severe and this is closing of the space the nerves run through and then i get severe pain, numbness, burning and poor grip. Pain killers dampen pain a bit but it is a hard condition to live with. Try and keep moving and try and be strong mentally although this is easier said and done. Keep a close eye on any further changes and see your Doctor ASAP. take care.
Brodie52 , I should have also mentioned, I know your problems with stenosis. I had it ( and still do elsewhere in my back) at L4-L5. I had a laminectomy and discectomy, with screws and rod. In addition to the cervical problems, I now have stenosis and disc protrusion with nerve root contact at L3-L4 and L5-S1 and S1-S2. I also have osteophytes on every vertebrae.
