Happy 5th rebirth to me! It’s been 5 years today when I suffered a Suburachnoid Brain Hemorrhage. It’s 50% mortality, so I feel very grateful that I’m here in the present, with my family when it could have been so different. I’m using this second chance in life to help make a difference to others. I know it’s a difficult time right now but what got me through was eating healthy, exercising, looking after my general wellbeing. I would encourage all to do the same.
