Hi l'm new here. Is there anyone else on the forum who has DM1?

My most difficult issue currently is the recent finding that the muscle of my frontal cortex is being affected by the muscle-wasting of DM1, so l have increasingly rapid onset of memory loss. But l can't address this with physiotherapy, alas, as l can to some extent with my other fading muscle systems. Any suggestions re physio for the brain?!
