Back Pain, creaking neck and Migraines. Are they connected?

Hi, my first post and I ask the question above. The consultant who did my MRI scan said I have an exquisite brain and no sign of myelitis but he said I still have TM, and my doctor says I have osteoarthritis after an x ray. Another question, can I help all this by exercise? I find it so hard to remember to do it and I may do it one day, then not remember until a week later, and I have alarms on my phone to remind me.
