I’m so sorry for your losses, but I would get in touch with your GP as you are entitled to investigations as you’ve had 3 miscarriages. Those may give you some answers and help you get your rainbow baby x

I'm so sorry to hear this. Big hugs to you. I know how your feeling as I've had 2 miscarriages this year and mentally I'm just torn and so lost. I feel like everything has stopped for me and it's so cruel to have the happiness of being pregnant and then to be taken away from it.

If you haven't already, you need to ask your GP to refer you to the recurrent miscarriage unit as some clinics accept a referral after a second miscarriage but mostly they accept it after a third miscarriage.

Im not sure what waiting time for an appointment is but I was told 6-8 weeks where I've been referred and hopefully they can look into it what causes you to miscarry. If there is a tommy miscarriage unit near you then I would suggest you ask if you can be referred there. Also if you still haven't miscarried they may also be able to test the fetus too but again this needs to be referred by your GP or the hospital.

Sending you lots of virtual hugs xx

Hi lovegal,

I'm so sorry one miscarriage is hard enough but to have numerous is truly devastating. I wanted to say that a rainbow baby can happen, and not to lose hope. I spent countless hours trying to find reasons why it kept happening to me I had 4 miscarriages in a short space of time and felt like such a failure. I tried baby aspirin after I got a faint positive at 9days past ovulation and had a successful pregnancy as I had read that it can help. I also used vitamin e and raspberry leaf at certain points in my cycle. I would see if the Dr will refer you as like others have said I was waiting for investigation when I had my rainbow baby as it can take 6months to get an appointment x

Sending you hugs! Definitely get yourself referred and hopefully you will have your rainbow baby soon! I understand how disheartening it is as I've been there. But there is still hope and that's what you have to cling to. It took me 4 years to have baby number 1. I had 2 miscarriages and took me a while between each pregnancy to conceive but I finally got my rainbow! When we decided to try for number 2 I had another miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies before I finally got pregnant with number 2. And I now have two gorgeous boys. It wasn't easy and took a toll on my mental health. But my boys were worth all of it and your rainbow will too! Good luck!
