Pregnancy Yoga

Hi all,

I'm a fully qualified yoga instructor and I'm currently undergoing my pregnancy yoga teacher training with Nadia Narain at Triyoga and as part of the course, students must teach pregnancy yoga sessions to an expectant mother of 12 weeks +. I'd very much like to find out whether there are any ladies in this community, who might be open to having some free pregnancy yoga sessions in the Belsize Park area. Each session would last between 1h to 1hr 15 minutes and could be conducted either in your own home or at a local community centre. No previous experience of yoga is needed. The only requirement would be that you allow me to conduct 3 sessions with you between the dates of the 17th October to the 1st November and to complete a very short feedback form on those sessions.

A little about me...

I was formally a mainstream school teacher for music and performing arts, before changing my career to broadcast television around 10 years ago. Sine then I have been producing a range of content including documentary for various clients. However, from my own life changes and general pull towards spiritual / nurturing practices, I find myself now moving towards using yoga, Reiki and meditation as a career. After completing my yoga teacher training last year, I am now specialising in pregnancy yoga to extend my skill base.
