Today is the 7th day of my period being overdue. Ive felt nausea, vomitted slightly two days ago. Dizziness, heavy headedness, tender breasts. On and off sensitivity to smell, tiredness, moods have been all over the place (a constant irritation with my husband), feeling hot randomly, extreme hunger, dryness in mouth or too much saliva, constant want to drink water or milk, peeing more (i thought i was about to wet myself a few days ago and previously ive been able to hold my pee for some time). I tested for pregnancy with clearblue on my 4th day but it came up negative.

Past 3 days have been quite emotionally straining between myself and my husband. Due to my own moods and then emotional breakdowns. Yesterday i felt so over whelmed i felt as though i had a panic attack and felt this light sensation in my stomach.

I also when to the doctor yesterday who said i should wait until 10th may to do another home test. We obviously went straight to the shop and bought some tests which i did as soon as i got home lol

But my symptoms come and go, though the hunger and peeing have been constant.

I have pcos (facial hair, lean pcos, regular and timely periods but heavy, anaemic) also have a small uterine fibroid. I have felt mini cramps in my stomach but i dont feel period like or pms.

1. I am worried if this is all hormone related and my pcos has just gone worse. Recently i have been drinking green tea with a stick of cinnamon- ive been married 1and half yrs now and never fell pregnant so i thought id need some extra help to get pregnant. Ive never had an irregular period. 26 days cycle and rarely a 28 day on the odd occasion.

2. Am i pregnant? Does my pcos mess up my system. What if i miscarry

3. Have i already miscarried?

I just want to sleep and eat.

Has anyone else felt this way?

I have suffered with PCOS for 15 years and haven’t had those symptoms before except the overdue periods. For 4 years I only had two periods per year and I have only just started having regular; when I say regular I mean at least once a month but sometimes miss a month or I have two in a month!

The urgency to urinate could be a sign of a UTI (urinary tract infection). Did the doctor test your urine? UTI’s can really knock your body for six so it’s worth getting it checked.

The signs of a miscarriage is heavy bleeding with some large clots (upto a 50p size sometimes). Have you bled?

The doctor asked if it burned when i urinated, which i dont.

I havent had any bleeding at all.

I started my period on the night of my 9th overdue period day. So i really wasnt pregnant but got confused with all yhe symptoms. And dont understand why my period came so late for the first time since ive ever had a period.
