Am 40weeks plus 4days pregnant and am having watery flow and my nurse said my uterus is still closed what can I do am exhausted

Is it water just trickling Hunni ?? I remember being exhausted with my little one she was 15 days over and had to be induced! Xx

Here are some things that I did to bring on birth:

Do some walking everyday (shopping is good as you can be walking for a couple of hours and not even realise)

Yoga stretches: there are some good YouTube videos designed for preparing for birth. These are designed for getting the baby in a good position

Use a birthing ball: bounce on the ball and do some hip circles. Again these are designed for getting the baby in a good position

Try to stay as upright as you can: I know this one is difficult when you are tired and want to sit down all the time but again this helps get the baby ready
