Could anyone help me i am 3 weeks late and having some signs of pregancy head aches back pain cramps really bad heart burn two days ago i came on but lighter day by day can i still be pregnant

Agree with the post above - get the test, because we can't tell you.

Theoretically yes- you could be pregnant , and the blood could be some spotting. But just to be sure - get the test and that will tell you your current position.

PS: some women experience spotting when implantation occurs, some randomly once / twice, but some through out entire pregnancy.

Also - if you're stressed or not eating properly or have some undermining health issues - it could be that your body is just "acting up" a bit. I have had month when my body skipped period, when I thought I am pregnant - big boobs accompanied with nausea / but it was only in my head.
