hello am 13 weeks pregnant and having painful contractions at night and server bleeding what could that be and is my baby safe

If you bleeding severely you really should get checked out by your health professional gp/midwife/a&e asap

You need to get checked out, unfortunately heavy bleeding is usually a bad sign. Spotting is quite normal for some women but any pain or heavy bleeding is not usually normal for a healthy pregnancy. I truly hope that all is ok for you.

ok dear,even the breasts pain me and there is same colourless fluid coming out am very worried of the bad news and if its good news am making a party and your welcome
