For me it was walking that got me from early labour to established labour, then after 12 hours in the pool I got out and walked to other ward and went from 6cm to 9.5cm in half hours, fingers crossed all gets moving for you, p.s. The TENS is great for slow early stage!

It really just CANT be long now, I remember it went on so long that I started to question whether I was even in labour and whether I was imagining all of the contractions. It was only when my sister came over that she pointed out how much stronger and closer together they were than they had been 2 days earlier - the build up was so gradual that I think i actually lost my mind a little bit. But you WIll get there - try and watch something good on telly, sort out a drawer... Whatever takes your mind off it if you can! Xx
