Lack of appetite 36 + 6?

Hi ladies this week haven't had much of an appetite, still craving sweet stuff, not as much as I was but mostly just ceral & toast in morning, a snack in afternoon & ceral ' toast before bed with something sweet in between. I'd this normal and enough?

I've Gone a bit like that seem to eat alot at lunch but don't want dinner and don't know what to cook for the children. .. feels like I've lost my mojo on that front but saying that did manage to stuff a Chinese down last night... I'm sure it's fine just tri and include some fruit if u can... and if I have a lunch try eating tomatoes. . Cucumber and peppers so ur getting ur vitamins. .. and take ur pregnacare. .. baby will take all ur goodness so they will be fine its u who might notice the difference x

I'm the same. Eating fruit, yoghurt, jam on toast, that kind of thing but have no appetite at all :( I was a little worried n looked it up last night n then this popped up. I've been told to eat little and often as there's not much room with baby growing. Healthy snacking every hr n a half is what I've been advised. Hope that helps x

Thanks ladies, puts my mind at rest . Will try & eat more fruit & veg aswell, good to know its normal x
