Hi, I'm sorry not in Aberdeen but perhaps it would be worth searching what is available locally for expectant Mums. Your midwife may have some suggestions. I've been able to find an aqua natal class, pregnancy Pilates group, hypnobirth sessions and also signed up for the NCT ante natal sessions. NCT does cost a bit of money but there is an emphasis on the social aspect of group support. They arrange a meet up after everyone's due date and my friends have sworn by the support they've had from their NCT group. Good luck with it. Hope you find something that suits you x

Hello! I'm an hour away from you and I'm 21+3! And I know how you feel in the bored department! I've been signed off work due to fainting a lot. So now at home..partner is working 12&half hour shifts so literally comes home, sleeps, eats and goes to bed. Can understand as he is working so hard but my god I am bored and I honestly feel like the only pregnant one around my area!! We come down to Aberdeen every two months, absolutely love it down there, plan to move there in few years time! But I would deffo speak to midwife they usually are quite good at recommending local groups, I'm asking my midwife when I see her next week as think all my friends got a bit naffed with all my pregnancy talk!!x
