When I was around 38 weeks with my last baby and trying to get labour started, I woke up at about 2am and was absolutely convinced that the baby 'knew' not to come until I had cleaned the cutlery drawer - so I set to work there and then! Crazy crazy woman!

My other half also came home to find me outside washing the (already clean) windows, in the rain. He predicted that I'd be in labour by the end of the day and contractions started an hour later.

These hormones really do send you doolally! Enjoy this last stage, don't overdo it though (I drew the line at organising the loft hehe).

Take care x

Getting the nursery re-painted is my mission (not by me though I am far to messy). You can come over to mine if you exhaust all cleaning space at your lol. I dread to think the state of my lounge from yesterday having children in & out the lounge from the bbq yesterday.

Definite beginning to nest - just as I'm getting to fat and too breathless to do too much! Typical!!! Mother Nature??? All these forces are definitely male!

Lol brilliant Mother Nature is fantastic ...I know lets throw her some energy call it nesting just when she's too fat to move... Lol although my bump is there its not stopping me from getting under the stairs... Happy nesting DrFluffy xx

I am 26 weeks and am moving house but I don't have the nesting instinct coz I cudnt think of anything worse right now and I am hurting because of it, my groin muscles hurt where I have been on the floor clearing out cupboards, although I am hoping that when I get to do the babies room I hope this instinct will appear. happy nesting x

Ah good luck with the move. I moved at 8.5months pregnant with the last one never again would I make the mistake. I called my last 4weeks nesting because alls I did was clean and organise. :-) happy nesting xx
