I developed severe loss of muscle strength about 15 years back followed on by extreme arm muscle pain - so severe I cannot even take a BP test or use my arms for anything

Has anyone tried black seed oil atall, just wondering and looking for answers . Thanks

Hi. I think whether black seed oil works or agrees or not depends on the person and the type of black seed. Some strengths or harvested types suit some and not others. Perhaps try out one at a time. Good thing to choose organic and from a reputable brand. You could try using it in food or topically. Just be aware some people can have allergic reactions so be mindful. Good luck 🤞
