I’m currently dealing with a diagnosis of myositis.(Diagnosed September 2019) My medical team have prescribed numerous medications for eighteen months. However the improvement in my health and general well being has been minimal. I’m currently doing physio therapy a few times a week but my lower abdomen and legs, especially thigh muscles, are still quite considerably weakened. Any top tips rooted in holistic health choices or dietary choices will be very welcome indeed. Many thanks everyone.

Hi. Diet and exercise are I feel really important for DM. But there doesn't seem to be any rules as each person is unique in how the DM affects them and how fast. It's trial and error. And knowing when a flare is coming plus handling the flare. Also knowing triggers which could be stress or weather changes. Good luck 🌼
