Do these symptoms look like Dm.... fed up

Started with small blisters on side of my finger which spread to the sides of my arms.

Burning skin just under my eyes and my arm is mutating. Very lumpy , small looking type blisters on backs of hands. I have 2 very dry patches of skin, one on back of hand one of my arm .

I’m getting frustrated because by the time I go to see specialist these symptoms are gone 😣😣😣. Rashes are more prominent and itchy during the evenings 🤷‍♀️

Hi Lisalou19, looking at the pics that you have posted, your blisters and lumpy skin symptoms could be a reaction to a medication or if exposed to the strong sun.

If these symptoms persists or get worse, you need to see a Doctor.

Hope you are getting better x

These symptoms come and go. Worse when my hormones spike. I get the burning face rash. Worse in the evenings and in the morning practically gone just like yesterday x

Hi lisalou19,

Looks like a possible allergy to a drug or reaction to the sun.

I avoid the sun cos of my medication, but have to use factor 50 even if I’m in the sun for a few mins.

If this continues see your doctor and take the photos with you, keep a diary of when it started etc. And weather conditions it may help.

Try moisturising the skin a lot. 😀

I have got two patches of skin on back of hands that are very sun sensitive.

I just find it odd because it’s gone in the mornings and then starts again in the evenings x

Does not look like DM symptoms to me, maybe an allergic reaction since it comes & goes.

If you look at the website for associations for dermatologists (such as British Assoc of Dermatologists etc) they have information about most skin conditions. pcds.org.uk/

I have full allergy screenings and bloods taken during flares to detect allergy. No allergic response from my body .

I believed for a long time it was an allergy . My skin changes during my hormone peaks. Then settles . Other symptoms increase with the changes of my skin
