myositis nightmare.used to be fairly active,lost a lot of weight,depression,and a sence of being useless.

Does this ever end,can,t swallow,have to set up feed equipment pump every evening,ends about half 11.weekness in the legs,i use a stick for support.have to be carefull going up and down stairs.saw my specialist the other day should be getting an update on my medication.

Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time. Which myositis do you have?

I believe with the right medication and treatment this disease can be brought under control so you quality of life can be improved .

It must be so awful for you right now.

It’s very important that you see a Myositis specialist Dr because this disease is so rare.
