Jo. I keep getting emails about PMR. I don't want these and have not joined thus group. I don't have PMR. Can you advise how yo stop these annoying emails. This site is not too easy to navigate. Thank you. Mary

I can't understand why you would get emails from a group you have not joined, if it is listed in "your communities" you could unfollow it and emails would stop. The other way might be to edit your account settings, that you get to by your name at the top left hand corner. The help button at the top of the page has been useful to me several times navigating my way around this web site.
