Forced myself to carry a 40 pack of water today. I know it’s not much but i am truly proud😂 Since i usually give up on things that are now a struggle to me due to frustration

Congratulations! Just don't hurt yourself. Those things are pretty heavy.

I get that and would be proud as well :)

I'm confused. What is a '40 pack' of water? Is it 40 bottles of water? What size are the bottles? If they were liter bottles the weight of the "pack" would be over 42 pounds.

Congrats! You have to appreciate the wins when you have them, so good for you. 😊

Be proud but be careful. I carried one once and had severe back spasms the next week. My doctor says no more carrying cases of water.

That is a big win! We should always pat ourselves on the back for our accomplishments, big or small. Good job 👏

That's great haileym ! Be careful you don't hurt yourself ;) I have to watch what I lift and the way I lift it because I have a bad back and don't want to do anything to make it 'angry'.
