G'day my dear Relapsing Remitting ms (RRms) sisters and brothers. I hope YOU are all doing exceptionally well on this Thursday morning, and your day is as glorious as mine. It has come to my attention that my tone is a little (okay lots) ordering YOU what to do. This is NOT my intention, for your actions are always your choice and your choice alone,

I do not walk your journey, YOU DO. What I say are recommended behaviors from my 20+ years of living with this incurable disease. I CAN Not and do DO NOT guarantee YOU the same success that I have had by following my actions. This is far too big an illness to make any such guarantees. I do most humbly seek your forgiveness for over stepping my position. I will try not to do it again.
