FES Device

Has anyone tried an FES device? I have foot drop and was wondering if it's worth trying. Any recommendations are appreciated.

I have been wearing the Bioness L300 Go leg cuff since 10/2023. It has been a great help to me for walking. I can walk longer and not constantly be looking to sit. The E stim also helps the brain neuroplasticity for all the leg muscles. In July 2024 I have added the Cadense adaptive shoe for foot drop. I still use my rollator but am mobile which is a blessing. There is also an E stim product called Cionic Neural Sleeve. If you have seen or follow Dr Gretchen Hawley PT,DPT,MSCS from the MSing Link on line she has done a video review of both the Cionic Sleeve and the Cadense shoes. I use the Cionic neural sleeve and find it very helpful. I still use my AFO with it as my foot drop is pretty bad and also have hip flexor weakness. It makes it easier to walk all day work.
