Go Philly - Stronger Than MS Walk 2024!

Hello Everyone, The National MS Society 5K Walk is this morning! Actually Philly is doing multiple runs, including Blue Cross Broad Street Run on the same day!!!! I’ll be at walk MS in spirit this year due to a Mother’s Day event at my church. I have been getting prepared for another walk spearheaded by our Pastors wife in July! Hubby and I will walk 5K to bring awareness to the horrific crime of Human Trafficking. Proceeds go to local organizations helping women and young girls get the help and support they need. Even though we struggle with our health there are those in the world with unspeakable suffering and struggles! Reminds me to always be grateful even on those “cloudy “ MS days! I did Atlanta's Walk MS last week. I did the short route, 1 mile.

You are so right! There are those living under much worse conditions. I find it hard to believe that human trafficking is a thing. Horrific. Good for you for doing a fundraising walk!
