Sorry, I’m not familiar with that therapy. What is it intended to do?

it is intended to decrease inflammation. It goes down to the mitochondria and it’s supposed to help form new axons in the brain, which we all need. Especially with A degenerative disease, such as MS. There is so much about it, that I don’t know where to start sometimes.

Use it for what?

it can do so many different things. Positive things that is. It decreases inflammation and it does so much more for the skin and everything including the bones. I am new to it, but I hope it works well.

REAL infrared therapy can help regenerate new cells. It helps scaring & hair growth. Most of the gadgets you see advertised are not infrared lights.

Just make sure they are real infrared lights. Not all red light are infrared. And it takes several treatments before you will see any differences if any.

I have not heard anything about it & MS. Is there something in the works?

No, but my wife bought me one for my birthday and I have been using it for almost two weeks. I felt more energy the other day, so that is wonderful. We know how terrible fatigue feels, so it was a great feeling. I hope it continues:

Talk to text picks up something completely different for me. What I meant to say is that I am new to it and just finished reading the book about it. It sounds helpful.

I do have one . It is very soothing. I’ve been warned about the thinning of my bones . It’s a negative2 . not to get a massage . The light is very helpful . Can’t use it in the camper so I take it to my friends house for therapy. I am able to move around more .

very nice! I am still only using it in 5 minute intervals. I only started using it about a week and a half ago. I read the book about red light therapy and I think it’s very good and can do a lot for us

My Mum and my Aunt use a unit and it seems to magic pain away in 8 to 15 mns. My Mum has also used it to battle itchy skin and it seems to be more helpful than the range of creams on offer. I believe proper medical grade units are very helpful for a whole host of issues as the science is that they are re-energising cells, so it is not condition specific but rather addressing the source of malaise.
