G'day ms friends and family, I hope YOU all survived yeasterday. Not to much str3ess, no drinking and thoughtful eating. YES, very good. YOU are starting to get a hang of this up and down ms life, It is not so bad it just takes adjusting, and that is something that YOU CAN do.

tokay, these are troubling times, and I would just like YOU and your other family wo think a little. How much do YOU know about your ms, the drugs in particular. Where does Copaxone come from, who makes it? Think about this. No more nee3 be said.

Rest and relax through this and all holidays from now on. Take it very slow. YOU are fighting an incurable unknown illness. YOU may be bulletproof, but we have aa chink in our armor now. Do not make it worse by trying to do to much.

Pace yourself and have a good season.

I'm having trouble with the "thoughtful eating" part! I've had to switch to umpteen small meals a day, and it's incredibly difficult when I've spent the last 30+ years basically only eating one.

Actually, Royce, your post was as general and all-encompassing as always. It didn't mean a thing to me until Frances_B made it ugly. I've never found anything offensive about any of your posts, because you're always very careful with the way you phrase things.

You have not upset me Royce with what you said, but with the fact that you said it. The right thing to do is to recognise that you've overstepped the mark and to delete your post altogether - you can find a Delete option under the "More" down arrow underneath your post. You are entitled to your opinion but expressing it in a forum which has members from all round the world, and no doubt includes people with views from all sides of the current problems is very one-eyed and thoughtless.
