haha! unfortunately, i'm not sure how to best manage this neuropathic pain. tried a variety of meds. gabapentin helps a bit, but this pain is draining me. i am pretty sure my neurologist takes me seriously, but i don't think he knows what to do. he mentioned that i could go to a pain clinic (maybe that's the next step?)

I love my pain management clinic! They helped me so much. It can't hurt to say least talk with them?

I have been very blessed with my doctors. They have never questioned me other than the degree of pain I have. I didn't have to go thru any tests etc.we tried a couple of different meds until I found the one that works for me.

Not only is it real, but it is exhausting since it burns up nervous energy when we deal with it. I admire the writer who not only lives with pain, but can remind medical professionals that pain is real but so is listening when those who have pain try to explain. There are apparently some topics either lightly covered in medical school or snoozed through (from sheer exhaustion, I don't make light of the arduous schedule nascent doctors keep; sleep is a response to exhaustion from many causes ).

I liked all the CBD gummy adds that linked to the external link. I use CBD to help the pain, so was it just advertising targeting me? Or the link topic? There is a whole I.T. profession these days targeting adds to potential customers.Luckily my neurologists steered me to medical cannabis years ago. It really helps.

It seems as though we can't look up any subject without being hit with tons of ads. If they're helpful, great. Otherwise, I ignore them. I'm so glad you found something that helps you.
