It is most likely something with their computer system as I had something similar with mychart last year. Email said I had an a new scheduled appointment, when I looked eveything was the same. Do you have mychart or an online system of some kind that you can log into and see? Hope you get answers soon. Keep us updated.
I emailed - the reply was I still have the appointment. I guess someone accidentally deleted it, then reinstated it, and their system automatically generated 2 letters.
Their phone number always gives me a message saying no-one there, press * to leave a message. Then a message telling me to enter a box number. I don't know what to enter, Then I get to the hospital switchboard. They send me back to the first message. Except occasionally they mishear and put me through to Urology not neurology ... I hit my head against the wall and dig out the email address.
๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คฆโโ๏ธ that's effing annoying then ๐ so, I'd probably expect someone to ring you on the 3rd, and if not then kick up a fuss. Throw a huge tantrum, a bit like a Karen when they can't have things their own way when shopping ๐
